Rachel manages the daily operations of the Lopp Construction office, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and compliance across all administrative functions, while providing critical support to project management through contract coordination and documentation. She also leads human resources, where she manages onboarding, payroll, benefits, and employment law compliance.
Rachel is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with over 30 years of experience in hospitality and client service. Since joining our team in 2022, she has been praised for her exceptional organization, thoughtful communication, and calm presence. Her ability to balance administrative precision with relational support makes her a vital bridge across all levels of Lopp Construction.

Shad bids and manages heavy highway road improvement projects for Lopp Construction, drawing on more than 25 years of specialized experience. He works closely with general contractors and various Departments of Transportation, overseeing concrete drainage construction and installation, such as reinforced box culverts.
Since joining Lopp Construction in 2021, Shad’s work has been characterized by precision and consistency. He leads a highly skilled, close-knit team that runs jobsites systematically, efficiently, and independently. His projects across Oklahoma and Texas are recognized for meeting strict government standards and consistently finishing on time and within budget.
Beyond the job site, he enjoys traveling, spending time with family, and elk hunting. Shad lives in Stillwater, OK.
Shawn oversees Lopp Construction’s municipal, industrial, and general contracting projects, managing everything from estimating and contract review to onsite coordination and client relations. With over 34 years of experience in commercial and public-sector construction, his work spans a wide range of industries – from the Department of Defense to the city of Stillwater, OK.
Known for combining his relational leadership with a results-oriented mindset, Shawn brings a vibrant, collaborative energy to every job. He builds strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members alike – ensuring expectations are exceeded and results are delivered on time and within budget.
Outside of work, Shawn enjoys golfing and spending time with his family — especially his grandkids. Shawn lives in Stillwater, OK.
Matt estimates costs and quantities for concrete projects across commercial, civil, and industrial sectors. Beginning in 1998 with firsthand field work, he has steadily advanced his career and deepened his expertise in concrete construction.
In 2007, he became a plant supervisor for a precast concrete company in Oklahoma City, gaining technical knowledge of concrete materials. He later returned to the field as a superintendent, refining his skills in project delivery and cost control. In 2019, Matt moved into estimating, applying 20 years of expertise to project budgeting, scheduling, and plan review.
He joined Lopp Construction in 2024, bringing sharp analytical skills, deep industry knowledge, and a mastery of spreadsheets and estimating systems. Matt lives in the Oklahoma City area.
Wyatt supports a range of operations at Lopp Construction, including project estimation, procurement, and management. He holds a degree in Construction Engineering Technology from Oklahoma State University and brings both academic and practical experience to the role.
The youngest son of founders Dusty and Arista, Wyatt worked alongside his father from the time he could walk through his early college years. During his final semesters, he interned with national construction firms, gaining large-scale project experience and industry perspective. Known for his adaptability, drive, and tenacity, Wyatt continues to grow as a trusted, reliable member of the team.
When not working, Wyatt enjoys bird hunting, golfing, and spending time at the lake. Wyatt lives in Stillwater, OK.
Spencer supports the financial operations at Lopp Construction, managing payables, receivables, reconciliations, and reporting. He develops automated systems that improve accuracy and reduce manual entry, supporting data-driven decision-making across the business.
Since graduating from Oklahoma State University in 2024, Spencer has dedicated himself to mastering commercial construction accounting and continuously seeks ways to improve company operations. His strengths include analytical thinking, problem-solving, and process optimization. Respected for his forward-thinking approach and attention to detail, he approaches challenges with curiosity and drive.
